Description
- Lead the planning and execution of concerts, fan engagement activities, brand activations, corporate events, and special projects.
- Develop and implement corporate communications and public relations strategies to strengthen Katch's brand positioning and media presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, government bodies, industry partners, agencies, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify, develop, and secure sponsorship and partnership opportunities to support business growth and revenue generation.
- Prepare partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, presentations, and commercial pitches.
- Coordinate media outreach, press conferences, publicity campaigns, and crisis communication when required.
- Collaborate with Artist Management, Production, Membership & Commerce, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and experiences.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, vendors, and post-event performance evaluation.
- Establish operational processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related disciplines, or equivalent qualification at HKQF Level 5
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Event Management, Sponsorship, Brand Partnerships, Media, or Entertainment industries.
- Proven track record in managing events, publicity campaigns, sponsorship acquisition, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong network across media, agencies, brands, sponsors, and business communities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong project management capability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven.
- Experience in entertainment, lifestyle, media, sports, or cultural sectors will be an advantage.
- Experience in team management is preferred as supervisory level.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
