Sales Support Officer (Mortgage Service)

Description

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team
  • Handle enquiries through email/phone in a professional and responsive manner
  • Introduce company's products to potential customers by phone
  • Review and check with loan application documents complying with the company policies
  • Prepare contracting documents and corresponding paper work
  • Monitor loan amount transaction and follow-up with relevant parties when necessary
  • Prepare various reports and letters as per required
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline, HKQF Level 4 or equivalent;
  • Minimum 1 year sales support and administrative working experience is highly preferred;
  • Knowledge of sales or credit approval operations is an advantage, but not mandatory;
  • Good organization and multi-tasking skills, able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines;
  • Proactive, detail-minded and responsible, with good team spirit;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with fast typing speed in both Chinese and English;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; immediate availability is highly preferred.
