Description

Formulate and drive innovative credit card business strategy to achieve portfolio growth and promote card loan financing services
Liaise with key stakeholders to achieve continuous engagement, explore new business and partnership opportunities to drive customer acquisition & activation
Collect market intelligence and propose improvement on team strategy from time to time
Review and implement digital customer journey and digital onboarding
Conduct regular and ad-hoc management reports in terms of data analysis to optimize operations direction and planning
Participate and support in any ad-hoc projects as assigned by Superiors

Requirements

Diploma level, or HKQF Level 3 equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Banking / Finance is preferable (ideally in credit card / unsecured lending)
Familiar with the latest unsecured loan/credit card lending operations and business models
Good knowledge in real estate industry
Strong business connections with proven track record of success in growing a portfolio
Strong business acumen with excellent problem solving and data analytical skills
Detail-oriented and strong in risk management
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate available is highly preferred
