Description
- Formulate and drive innovative credit card business strategy to achieve portfolio growth and business revenue target
- Liaise with key stakeholders, explore new business and partnership opportunities to develop new initiatives for card acquisitions and card loan products etc., and to achieve continuous engagement
- Lead and drive product strategies on card loan features and roll out marketing programs, design segmentation and personalised product pricing, develop new initiatives for card lending products etc.
- Define target segments, conduct portfolio analysis and utilise big data in formulating customer segmentations
- Review and implement digital customer journey and digital onboarding
- Formulate incentive programs in order to increase digital channel contribution to overall business and deliver excellence customer experience
- Explore market demand, analyse market intelligence and provide insight, feedback and direction to senior management from time to time
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc management reports in terms of data analysis to optimize operations direction and planning
- Participate and support in any ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or HKQF Level 5 equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Banking / Finance is preferable (ideally in credit card / unsecured lending)
- Familiar with the latest unsecured loan/credit card lending operations and business models
- Good knowledge in real estate industry
- Strong business connections with proven track record of success in growing a portfolio
- Strong business acumen with excellent problem solving and data analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and strong in risk management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
