Description

  • Provide comprehensive house hold support to Senior Executive's family
  • Supervise and train domestic helpers to manage the schedule and pick up arrangements
  • Manage the household needs and assist Senior Executive on household affairs
  • Liaise with the driver for the Senior Executive's family needs
  • Occasional business travel whenever necessary
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments as per requested

Requirements

  • Cert. level or above, or equivalent to HKQF Level 3
  • Prior experience in supporting senior executives within their household management
  • Experience in Hospitality industry as a trainer would be a distinct advantage
  • Possess a Security Personnel Permit is preferable 
  • Treat all information received from the scope of work strictly confidential and to not disclose its contents to anyone without permission from superior
  • Be responsive to every instructions received  
  • Fluent communication in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
  • Hold great interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and can work under pressure
  • Sociable, Agile and Positive attitude is a MUST
  • Onsite support and remote work when necessary
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
