Description

Identify new sales lead from mortgage referral agency channels to achieve business sales targets
Explore and maintain close and constructive relationship with qualified mortgage referral intermediaries and property agencies.
Participate and support the end-to-end mortgage process to ensure smooth operations
Liaise with internal Credit and Risk department to ensure mortgage lending application are in compliance with the company policies and regulatory requirements as well as service standards
Cultivate and maintain good business relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan/ security documentation to enhance successful ratio and speed up the turnaround time
Support ad-hoc work tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

HKCEE / HKDSE or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 2
At least 5 years' relevant Mortgage Sales / Business Development experience in banking and finance industries
Posses job knowledge and working experience from mortgage referral / property agencies would be an advantage
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Aggressive, proactive and able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
