Description
- Manage full set of accounting duties, treasury and company secretarial functions independently under tight deadlines
- Ensure the accuracy of accounting records and reconciliation, including month-end & year-end closing, accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, tax schedules, etc.
- Assist the Manager in developing subordinates with the right capabilities to achieve the business needs and to maintain smooth operations
- Review redemption and refinance reports and prepare funding for various purposes
- Handle insurance related issues and money lender licenses related issues
- Handle company secretarial issues and bank accounts maintenance
- Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- At least 5 years relevant working experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge in FlexSystem is an advantage
- Good English and Chinese typing skills
- Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
- Immediately available is highly preferred
