- Introduce company's products to new and existing customers by phone
- Answer customer calls to answer inquiries, including loan application, order follow-up, approval results, etc...
- Provide customers with the latest loan offers and market information
- Schedule further procedure for customers on their application
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships, and provide professional advice to customers at all times
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above
- At least 1 year experience in tele-sales field, preferably in banking or money lending industry
- Familiar with the latest mortgage loan lending operations and business models
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
