Description
- Handle daily leasing matters and management
- Prepare all kinds of leasing documents for supporting the leasing procedure
- Maintain filing system for all documents and correspondence
- Apply, renew and terminate service agreements for equipment and service
- Undergo market research on the rental trend & occupancy rate
- Provide administrative support on office management, maintenance and repair services, cleaning service arrangement for offices and branches
- Assist in the project team and contractors for the renovation work of office and branches
- Assist in the progress on the renovation work and report to the department head
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects
Requirements
- Diploma in Real Estate/ Marketing/Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 1 year relevant experience in leasing, market research and business development
- Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
