Senior Quality Assurance Test Analyst/QA Manager

Due to expansion of the business, this is a new hiring of Senior Quality Assurance Test Analyst/QA Manager to join our high growth and dynamic Digital team. You will be responsible for our FinTech & Entertainment product testing and rollout, as well as the quality of the overall process. To succeed in this role, you should be creative, willing to learn new technology and a problem-solver with passion for the FinTech and Entertainment industry.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA standards and automation rules
- Implement automation in QA
- Collaboration with UI/UX Designer, Business partner, project manager, product manager, development teams and other key stakeholders
- Automate back-end, API and front-end test cases using tools
- Design and execute functional test plans for existing and new features of our products
- Design test scenarios and test case based on business requirement, functional requirement specification, test plan and ensure comprehensive coverage of test cases
- Identify application issues, report discrepancies, prepare test report and recommend improvements
- Identify areas for shift left and shift right as part of early testing and maximize reusability
- Due diligence of DEV and QA processes, identify gaps and suggest improvements
- Review / Prepare Playbook, Guideline, Standards and Templates
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in QA with minimum 2 years of team management
- Passionate about the FinTech and Entertainment industries
- Hands on experience in software testing and SDLC
- Understanding of application software components and integration, development and processes, application testing methodology
- Solid experience in engaging in Testing (e.g. Functional, Stress, UAT) for Mobile App/ Website/ System projects
- Experience on test cases automation will be an advantage
- Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in agile framework
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude, Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and verbal communications
