- Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment, redemption and their enquiries in a professional and integrity way
- Promote loan refinance service to existing customers
- Explore business opportunities with existing clients proactively
- Devote accountability and contribute capabilities in ad hoc projects to achieve Company strategic plan
Requirements
- Tertiary education, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 4
- At least 2 years working experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Aggressive, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office
