Introduce company's products to new and existing customers by phone
Answer customer inquiries, including loan application, cases follow-up
Provide customers with the latest loan offers and market information
Refer further procedure for customers on their application to Call Centre Executive

Requirements

HKCEE / HKDSE or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 2
1 years of call centre / customer service / Sales experience in retail industry is preferred
Fresh grad also welcomed to apply
Out-going, proactive with good problem solving and customer service skills
Immediate availability is preferred
中五程度或以上，或與2級資歷架構級別同等證書資格
有一年以上的電話銷售經驗、門市零售經驗或顧客服務經驗為佳
應屆畢業生／轉行人士／可即時上班者亦可
性格外向，對工作充滿熱誠、積極進取、有責任感
具良好的表達能力、說話技巧、銷售及顧客服務技巧更佳
