Description

Handle and process loan transactions and reconciliation, maintain loan repayment data in systems in accordance with the establish processing/control procedures
Prepare regular operation reports for statistical and accounting purpose
Support maintenance of Credit Bureau Agency Update Requests and handle relevant inquiries
Participate in business projects and system enhancement tasks as assigned and assist in conducting UAT tests
Assist in due diligence processes and annual review from external parties
Perform loan document maintenance in accordance with the Group data retention policy and maintain filing system
Perform data cleaning on current data management system to meet reporting requirements and data request for business initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor degree in any disciplines, preferably in Finance / Decision Analytics / Risk Management / Statistics discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
At least 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered
Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of Excel VBA, SQL, Tableau reporting is an advantage
Good numerical skill, attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
Good team player, willing to accept new ideas and changes
Open-minded
Willing to give and take constructive opinions / criticism
