  • Introduce company's products to new and existing customers by phone
  • Answer customer inquiries, including loan application, cases follow-up
  • Provide customers with the latest loan offers and market information
  • Schedule further procedure for customers on their application
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships, and provide professional advice to customers at all times

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 years of call centre / customer service / Sales experience in retail industry is preferred
  • Fresh grad also welcomed to apply
  • Out-going, proactive with good problem solving and customer service skills
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • 中五程度或以上
  • 有一年以上的電話銷售經驗、門市零售經驗或顧客服務經驗為佳
