Description

  • Formulate branch strategic plan to achieve sales targets in accordance with our business objectives
  • Device effective branch network capacity planning strategy and mechanism to deliver the company’s business and customer segmentation strategy
  • Oversee and support all branches’ daily operations, including but not limited to handle loan applications and handle customer enquiries when necessary.
  • Ensure branch operations in compliance with the company policies, compliance procedures and local regulatory requirements
  • Supervise and coach the branch team to perform their tasks in a professional way in order to enhance the sales achievement and productivity of branch staff
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in business related disciplines, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience in financial service industry, including 4 years' experience in a managerial capacity overseeing branch operations is a must
  • Experience in leading strategic projects for branch development is an advantage
  • Proven sales record in mortgage or personal loan achievement
  • Sound knowledge of financial market, mortgage or personal loan products
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive and attentive to details
  • Mature, able to work under pressure with strong sense of confidentially
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
