Description
- Responsible for daily servers/network administration jobs
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including but not limited to firewall, wifi system, switch, VPN, etc
- Design maintenance and support procedures, to prepare technical and end-user documentation
- Manage change requests such as security patching, system configuration changes
- Support and troubleshoot systems and infrastructure, act as the first response on alerts
- Participate in planning, implementation, and cloud migration and system expansion for all projects
- To produce regular reports to all stakeholders on project related progress and issues
- Participate in ad hoc projects or assignments if needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in vendor management
- Knowledge in Cisco, Fortinet, VPN, IPsec Tunnel, etc
- Knowledge in Cloud such as Azure, AWS
- Excellent technical knowledge of up-to-date infrastructure systems and standards
- Knowledge for Cisco Certified Network Associate/Cisco Certified Network Professional would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and verbal communications
