Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs, result-driven events and card acquisition campaigns to achieve business targets
Collaborate closely with partners and merchants for premium sourcing, offer liaison and for launch of the various acquisition & spending campaigns
Assist in monitoring budget & expenses, production, logistics, operations and manpower support, etc.
Liaise with stakeholders, business partners and merchants to optimize loyalty & reward programs, customer journeys, CRM systems, etc.
Be present in different events to oversee event operations and assist the team whenever required
Ensure acquisitions procedures and branding message are properly followed
Handle all customer enquiries and complaints when needed
Conduct briefing session and act as Key Contact Person in case of emergency
Propose recommendations to streamline and enhance operational process
Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality or equivalent qualifications, as well as HKQF level 5
Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in Marketing or Event Management, is preferred
Good command of Korean language skills, is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Participate in any in-/out-door marketing events outside office hours
Immediately available is highly preferred
