Senior Marketing Officer (Event Management, Growth & Partnership)

Description
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs, result-driven events and card acquisition campaigns to achieve business targets
- Collaborate closely with partners and merchants for premium sourcing, offer liaison and for launch of the various acquisition & spending campaigns
- Assist in monitoring budget & expenses, production, logistics, operations and manpower support, etc.
- Liaise with stakeholders, business partners and merchants to optimize loyalty & reward programs, customer journeys, CRM systems, etc.
- Be present in different events to oversee event operations and assist the team whenever required
- Ensure acquisitions procedures and branding message are properly followed
- Handle all customer enquiries and complaints when needed
- Conduct briefing session and act as Key Contact Person in case of emergency
- Propose recommendations to streamline and enhance operational process
- Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality or equivalent qualifications, as well as HKQF level 5
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in Marketing or Event Management, is preferred
- Good command of Korean language skills, is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Participate in any in-/out-door marketing events outside office hours
- Immediately available is highly preferred
